Run this whenever the way you serve customers changes. It can switch between normal counter service, table service and bookings-only service, then rebuild the relevant workflow.

This can be changed later by running the wizard again — useful for special events, Sundays or seasonal service.

Courses

For table-service modes, Drinks, Starter, Main and Dessert are included. Counter service leaves course tabs switched off.

These are starting points, not rules. They can be changed individually later.

Apply setup

This wizard is deliberately re-runnable. Applying it replaces the current service-stage workflow so the tenant can change operating style quickly. It does not alter products, prices, historic sales or table definitions.
