Reporting scope

Choose which transactions are included in the Sales reporting section and manage the tender types used by this business. These controls are kept here for administrators rather than on individual report pages.

Add the payment methods your business uses or hide methods you no longer want offered. Hidden types are retained so historic transactions and reports remain understandable.

Payment types included in reports

Leave every option unticked to include all payment types. Tick one or more to restrict reports to only those tenders. Hidden tender types remain selectable here for historical reporting.

Customer status

A known customer is a sale with a customer record attached. Unknown means no customer was attached to the transaction.
