Choose the physical printer used by this till, then control which receipt choices staff are offered after a sale.

Receipt choices

Choose the buttons staff can use when a transaction is completed.

Printed receipt Offer a paper receipt from the till printer. Email receipt Offer an emailed copy when an email address is available. No receipt Allow staff to finish the sale without issuing a receipt.

Recommended: ask after every sale, with Printed receipt selected by default. This avoids unnecessary paper while still making the normal choice quick.

If a customer is attached to the sale, their saved email address can be used automatically.
