Kitchen staff access
Give kitchen staff a restricted phone link into this business's same ingredient, recipe, menu-item and allergen database. Changes they make are immediately available to the full NextTill allergen section and the till.

The link acts like a password. Send it only to the staff member/device that needs it. Kitchen access cannot open sales, payments, customers, reports or general NextTill administration.

What kitchen access can do
Scan/add ingredients, add label or supplier evidence, build prepared items and menu recipes, maintain dietary/allergen information, work with PPDS labels and view the allergen report. It uses the tenant's existing food tables, so there is no copy or later migration.
