If something is wrong with your order
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, missing, or otherwise not supplied with the care and quality required by law, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, price reduction or refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Food, drink and other perishable or made-to-order items
Fresh food, drink, perishable goods and items prepared or personalised for you may not carry the normal distance-selling cancellation right once preparation has begun or where a legal exception applies. If there is a quality, safety or fulfilment problem, please contact us and we will put it right in accordance with your statutory rights.

Non-perishable retail goods ordered for collection or delivery
Where the statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be looked after while in your possession. Some goods are legally excluded from cancellation rights, including certain perishable, personalised, sealed hygiene and other exempt items.

Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Card refunds can take additional time to appear depending on the card issuer. We will process any refund due without undue delay and within any period required by law.

Order cancellation before fulfilment
If you need to change or cancel an order before it is prepared, dispatched or made ready for collection, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but cancellation may not be possible once preparation has started or an order falls within a legal exception.

1. About these terms
By placing an order you agree to these terms. They should be read together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected goods or services. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment, depending on the order type. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a price or description is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, age or other legal requirements are not met, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

3. Prices and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable by the customer, including applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not ask customers to send card details to us by email, message or telephone as part of normal online checkout.

4. Collection, table service and delivery
Availability, preparation estimates, collection slots and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, table and delivery information. Delivery is available only within the areas shown by the ordering service.

5. Food, allergens and substitutions
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should check the allergen information supplied and contact us before ordering if they need further information. We will not make an undisclosed substitution that materially changes an allergen declaration. Availability can change and some items may sell out.

6. Age-restricted products
Where an item is age restricted, appropriate age verification may be required at ordering, collection or delivery. We may refuse to supply an age-restricted item where the legal requirements are not satisfied.

7. Cancellations and refunds
Please see our clearly labelled Refund Policy. Statutory cancellation rights do not apply to every type of product; legal exceptions can apply to perishable, made-to-order, personalised or other exempt goods.

8. Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

9. Personal information
We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the customer and the business in the United Kingdom, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Card information
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. NextTill and Bill's Burgers & Beer do not need to receive or store the full card number or card security code as part of the hosted checkout flow.

We use information to take and fulfil orders, process payments and refunds, provide receipts and service messages, operate loyalty benefits where requested, prevent fraud or misuse, keep accounting and transaction records, meet legal obligations, and deal with customer service enquiries.

Who we share information with
We share information only where needed with service providers that help us run the ordering and payment service, with delivery or fulfilment providers where applicable, and with authorities or professional advisers where required or permitted by law.

How long we keep information
