Standalone App Trial Terms

These Standalone App Trial Terms form part of the NextTill Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about a standalone app introductory offer, these additional terms apply to that introductory offer.

1. Business use

Standalone apps are supplied only for business use. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting for the business or organisation named during signup and have authority to accept these terms for it.

2. 30-day introductory period

Where shown at signup, the standalone app subscription charge is £0 for the first 30 days from account creation. The normal monthly price shown and accepted at signup applies after that period.

The introductory offer is limited to one 30-day free period per business or organisation. Changing the owner email address, creating another account, closing an earlier account or re-registering later does not create a new entitlement to another free period. We may refuse, close or convert a duplicate introductory account where we reasonably believe the same business has already used the offer.

3. Payment before the free period ends

No payment details are required merely to start the free period. If you want to continue using the standalone app after the free period, the applicable subscription payment must be arranged and received before the free period ends.

If payment has not been received when the 30-day free period ends, access to the standalone app is disabled. Disabling access does not extend or restart the introductory period.

4. Permanent closure after 30 days unpaid

If the account remains unpaid for 30 days after the free period ends, the standalone app account is permanently closed. A permanently closed introductory account is not eligible to be reopened merely to update, view, export, print or reprint information and then be disabled again.

Operational tenant data may be deleted or anonymised after permanent closure in accordance with the NextTill Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, applicable law and normal backup cycles. NextTill may retain the minimum account, contractual, billing, security or anti-abuse records reasonably required for legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention and enforcing the one-introductory-period-per-business rule.

5. Shared NextTill data model

A standalone app may use the same underlying product, customer, supplier, recipe or other core data structures as other NextTill products. Purchasing the full NextTill POS or another compatible NextTill module later may allow that existing business data to be reused rather than recreated, subject to the features purchased at that time.

6. Customer responsibility

For food, allergen, recipe, costing, PPDS or similar tools, the Customer remains responsible for entering and reviewing accurate supplier specifications, ingredients, allergens, recipes, quantities, labels and other business data and for meeting its own food-safety and regulatory obligations. NextTill is a business tool and is not legal or food-safety advice.

7. Other terms

All other provisions of the NextTill Terms of Service and Privacy Policy continue to apply, including provisions concerning data protection, security, availability, third-party services, liability, suspension, termination and governing law.
